Enquiries, services and documents
How should I begin an enquiry?
Describe the property, situation and required outcome. Attach documents and photographs relevant to the task; their sufficiency is assessed before the order is agreed.
Can we start without a site visit?
Yes, documents and photographs can be reviewed initially. Whether a conclusion can be reached without an inspection depends on the question and the quality of the source information.
Do you visit the property?
Site visits in Moscow and Moscow Region are arranged in advance. The location, access, inspection scope and expenses are determined for each order.
Is concealed work investigated?
Only within accessible areas and where sufficient data exist. Opening-up, dismantling and additional actions are agreed; external signs do not replace access to concealed elements.
Should the defect be remedied first?
Explain the property's condition and changes already made. Do not delay necessary safety measures. Whether an investigation is possible after repairs depends on the materials that remain.
Which documents should I send?
The contract, design, cost estimate, inspection or acceptance records, photographs, documents concerning the event and correspondence relevant to the dispute. For a review — the complete report with appendices.

Does a report guarantee a decision in my favour?
